Where can I find Cascade Glacier?
Cascade Glacier Ice Cream, Sorbet, Sherbet and Frozen Yogurt is available exclusively to foodservice establishments like restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Cascade Glacier is not available at grocery stores, but some ice cream shops do offer hand-packed pints that can be taken home, so keep an eye out for shops in your neighborhood!

Do you have any allergen-free flavors?
All Ice Cream, Sorbet, and Frozen Yogurt products manufactured by Oregon Ice Cream Company run dissimilar allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, gluten and egg) on the same equipment. To minimize the possibility of allergen cross-contamination, we manufacture allergen containing products at the end of the day. We always perform an allergen wash on the equipment after dissimilar allergens are run, thus sterilizing the equipment for the following product to be made.
In addition, we control dissimilar allergens throughout the system by identifying dissimilar allergens upon receipt, storage and handling.
We have a complete Allergen Management Program that is available for review on-site.
